Det Norske Teatret

Det Norske Teatret (DNT), hereinafter referred as the awarding authority, invites bidders to an open tender competition for the procurement / replacement of the existing refrigerating machines with new machines that will connect to the existing piping and dry coolers.
The acquisition includes Contract 370-01/02 which consists of the replacement of two refrigerating machines for ice water and the adaptation to the existing piping for the dry coolers and ice water circuits, assembly installation services and delivery in connection with the disassembling, transportation removal and handling of the existing machines and any other waste related to them, the transport assembly and start-up, adjustment,, plus all associated electrical work and automatic controls. The replacement of existing pumps will be included as an option.
Existing refrigeration machines shall be transported away and disposed of in accordance with current legislation and waste management regulations.
The work will be performed primarily in the first half of 2013 and testing complete and aligned before the period of needed cooling occurs. The awarding authorities schedule of work is based on the following assumptions:
— submission of bids: 3.12.2012,
— contract award: 17.12.2012,
— construction period 21.1.- 15.4.2013.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Solvency rating from a recognized credit-rating agency shall accompany the bid. The evaluation must document the creditworthiness and the degree of risk for bankruptcy (bankruptcy prediction). The awarding authority will reject providers with a lower rating than "approved" (favorable) or providers with a bankruptcy risk of over seven percent. The assessment must not be more than 6 months old.

The awarding authority can, if desired, without reason assess the potential supplier economic and financial position by using the service ProffTMForvalt (www.forvalt.no). Providers with a worse rating than a B3 or providers with a competitive risk of over 7 % will be rejected.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.

(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).

(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

(4) Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered (for supply contracts).

(5) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.

(6) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
