Delivery of thermal hydrolysis, biogas system and heating plant

The delivery of the hydrolysis plant includes the following:
— Hydrolysis reactors,
— Heating central for production of steam with accompanying steaming equipment,
— Possible heat exchanger for obtaining high-temperature heating,
— Possible hydrocyclone and sand drainer for withdrawal of sand,
— Channels, pipes, valves, etc,
— Platforms and stairs for working the plant,
— Instruments for fully automatic operation, integrated in the selected operational control system.
Delivery of the biogas system includes the following:
— Equipment to biogas reactors,
— Heat exchangers,
— Stirring system (gas stirring or other systems),
— Gas dome and safety equipment,
— Gas-purifying equipment,
— Gas tank (pressure balancing tank),
— Gas torch,
— Hydrocyclone and sand drainer for withdrawal of sand,
— Platforms and stairs for working the plant,
— Instruments for fully automatic operation, integrated in the selected operational control system.
The contract also includes the following:
— All engineering for complete plant,
— Commissioning,
— Training of the production workers,
— Presentation of Adminstration, operation and maintenance documentation,
— Possible preparation of explosion protection documents and accompanying risk analysis (Hazop).

Stage 2 Tender competition with contract award. 1- The tenderers shall submit the prequalification documents within 23.3.2012 (12:00) at the latest. 2- The tender documents are distributed to the selected companies (prequalified companies), within 18.4.2012. 3- Between 25-30 days deadline for preparation of the tender.
