Award authority has the option to extend the contract, under the same conditions, with 1+1+1 years so that the total potential contract length is 7 years.

A certificate of paid taxes and VAT (not older than 6 months) issued by the local tax office and tax collection where the service providers have their headquarters.

Annual accounts including the board's annual report and the auditor's statemnet in the last two - 2 - years.
Service provider shall have the economic ability to carry out the assignment/contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Service provider shall be up to date with their payment of taxes and VAT.
Service provider shall have a well functioning HSE system.
Service provider shall be a legally established company.
Service provider shall have the financial capacity to undertake the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Suppliers shall have knowledge/experience of institution food and must enclose a list of the most important deliveries in the last two years. Including information on value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
References will only be contacted if needed.
Account of kitchen capacity, machines, material and technical equipment (including vehicles), as well as the manpower capacity that the supplier can use for fulfilment of the contract.
Overview of CVs (as well as any authorisations where required) with a description of formal education, work experience and real competence for each person who shall work in the production kitchen and serve at the reception kitchen.
Suppliers must be able to account for how internal control is taken care of, cf. the "Internal control regulations HSE" and "Internal contract regulations IK-Food".
A quality assurance system must be described.
Suppliers must enclose a copy of their certificates.
Suppliers shall have a conscious policy as regards the environment and use of substances that damage the environment.
Account of the company's environment work is to be given in a general HSE environment statement and any annexes to this.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Suppliers shall have experience from equivalent assignments.
Suppliers shall have the ability and capacity to fulfil the contract.
The manpower for this assignment shall have the necessary competence to fulfil the contract.
A good and well functioning internal control system/quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
