The agreement does not include common areas in the building, such as entrance, stairway, etc. In the old Telegraph building, the Awarding Authority rents 2nd and 3rd floors and the gross area is 1 441 m² in each floor. In Rådhusgata 4, the Awarding Authority rents an area of 375 m² in the 4th floor. The cleaners shall provide plastic bags for dustbins/waste containers, as well as separate waste sacks for waste removal. The consumption of waste sacks/waste bags is included in the price for daily/regular cleaning. The cleaning service shall be in compliance with NS-INSTA 800. — Statement regarding choice of cleaning methods and how the equipment is cleaned in order to minimise the water consumption.

The tenderer must be in compliance with the requirement regarding approved cleaning company, compare the Regulations of public approval of cleaning activates and procurement of cleaning services from 8.5.2012.

The tenderer must have an established quality assurance system for cleaning.

The tenderer must have sufficient environmental competence, control systems and routines which ensure that the environmental impact in relation to the cleaning is as low as possible.
