The scope of the procurement shall cover the awarding authority’s need for craftsman services beyond their own capacity.
The awarding authority reserves the right to evaluate competitive tendering of the contracts, projects or major assignments.
The awarding authority wants to implement the acquisition of such as;
Immediate needs.
Bidders will be summoned with immediate needs (emergency repairs,immediate needs, etc.) during the day. The required response time is 2 hours.
Assignments without coordination.
The selection of suppliers through trade services for smaller maintenance, modification or adaptation services for the awarding authority, based on the bids unit prices.
Assignments by coordination of the suitability within the trade services.
Selection of the suppliers by the suitability of trade services for smaller maintenance, modification or adaptation services for the awarding authority, based on the bids unit prices with any eventual coordination premiums.
Assignments with coordinating external trade services.
Selection of suppliers trade services for smaller maintenance, modification or adaptation services for the awarding authority, based on the bids unit prices and any eventual coordination premiums for internal and external trade groups (plumber, electrician, etc.).
Pre-agreed assignments.
Pre-agreed assignments for maintenance, modification or adaptation for the awarding authority, where the assignment is defined and the implementation of the assignment is agreed upon before commencement.
The assignment is to be regarded as a binding bid based on the awarding authority’s description and the suppliers solution included with the depletion of resources, based on the bid and negotiated prices.
