Oslo kommune v/ Utdanningsetaten, Utdanningsadministrasjonen

The Education Agency - Education Administration requires delivery of advertising and communication professional services. Award authority has a requirement for web design, development and production of digital services, exhibition materials, developing campaigns, promotional items and promotional films.
We have developed a separate identity program for Oslo Municipality. Suppliers must disseminate and convey brand and reputation of the Oslo School and Education Agency as a business. The supplier must be able to reflect and promote Oslo Municipality's values through the production. The productions have different audiences with different preferences and needs. The supplier must have the ability to acquire knowledge about the various audiences, and understand how the production should hit each target in both form and content.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
Confirmation that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established. Foreign suppliers must submit a certificate from the equivalent authority as in Norway to document general conditions with regard to tax and VAT payments.

The supplier must have his affairs in order with respect to tax and VAT payments. Contractor shall deliver HSE self-declaration. The supplier shall be a legally established company.

Credit appraisal/rating, no older than 1 year, and based on the last known accounts.

The supplier shall have the financial capacity to undertake the assignment/contract.

— Description of the total workforce in the field of advertising and communication professional services,
— Supplier shall specify which subcontractors(s) the supplier intends to use to carry out the assignment.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Good ability to undertake the assignment is required.
