Oslo municipality, represented by the Agency for Waste Management, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority shall procure a new control, regulation and monitoring system (SRO) for the Midgardsormen treatment plant and existing treatment plant at Bekkelaget. Option for delivery of equivalent system in an expanded treatment plant.
The new SRO system includes approx. 10 000 physical signals divided in approx. 30 locations in the plant. The contract also includes connection of 7 plant parts with separate control. Approx. 10 operator places shall be established and in addition option for using mobile operator places in parts of the plant.
The delivery includes a complete plant, including structures, installation of hardware and software, configuration, programming, training, documentation etc. The development will be in stages in the period 2013 until 2018.
