Stavanger kommune
The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a contract for delivery and installation of interactive boards, projectors, and accompanying equipment, as well as training in use of the procured equipment. At present the Awarding Authority uses various equipment brands. Among the brands used for interactive boards are SmartBoard and Promethean.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

As documentation the Awarding Authority will collect credit appraisal from Experian (the Awarding Authority subscribes services from Experian). The tenderer must as a minimum achieve rating “worthy of credit”. The tenderer is expected to become familiar with the registered information of the company and by submitting tender, consents to information being gathered and that this information is the basis for assessment of the tenderer’s financial conditions.

If the tenderer is aware that the requirement for financial ability for carrying out the contract cannot be met through credit rating, the tenderer may submit other documentation that confirms that the financial ability is satisfactory.
If the Awarding Authority’s credit information of the individual company does not include a credit appraisal, the Awarding Authority will meet the documentation requirements in other ways, either by assessing whether the financial ability is satisfactory based on other information included in the solution from Experian or by obtaining other information.

Overview of the tenderer’s total manpower divided in departments.
Experience with delivery of minimum 2 deliveries of interactive boards and projectors of corresponding extent and complexity is required. Very good implementation ability is required.
