Sivilombudsmannen

The Parliamentary Ombudsman shall enter into an agreement for the supply of daily cleaning of the premises for a total of 1451 m2 spread over five floors. Agreement will be entered into with 1 (one) supplier.
The agreement shall be for a period of 2 (two) years with a possible extension under the same conditions for a further 1 + 1 years (maximum term of four years). After the expiry of the contract period the contract continues with 1 (one) year, unless the Ombudsman notifies supplier of anything else within three months before expiry of the contractual period.
The agreement runs from 10.1.2012.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Supplier must be a legally established company.
Supplier shall document that all obligations relating to the payment of taxes and fees are met.
Supplier shall demonstrate that all legal requirements in Norway for health, safety and environment (HSE) have been met, or will be met by the award of contract.

If the procedures are described in the company's quality or environmental management system according to ISO 14001, EMAS or other third party systems, it is sufficient to present a valid certificate. Any license for the Swan label for cleaning services or other similar arrangements.

1. Supplier shall have good experience from similar assignments.
2. Supplier shall have qualifications that ensure low environmental impact in the performance of service. Supplier shall have:
— Plan for staff training in safety, including waste management.
Cleaning methods, use of cleaning agents and equipment.
— Written work instructions.
