The Norwegian Maritime Authority, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement which ensure access to highly qualified consultants who can assist in the Awarding Authority’s manager, management and cooperation development. The framework agreement should also cover the Awarding Authority’s requirements for qualified consultants with wide experience in training, consultancy services and process management in relation to conflict negotiations as well as alteration and readjustment processes.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year. The maximum contract period including options is then 4 years.

Documentation requirement:
The Awarding Authority will not require any documentation. Credit appraisal of the tenderer from Dun & Bradstreet or equivalent credit rating agency will be obtained. The tenderer must as a minimum achieve rating A “worthy of credit” or equivalent.

In order to comply with the contractual obligations, the tenderer shall have a good financial and economic position.

Documentation requirement:
— List of references showing the tenderer’s 5 principal assignments for the previous 5 years with relevance to the requested service. Compare point 1.3. The list shall contain information of value, date and name of the public or private recipient as well as description of the assignment and the function the tenderer had in the assignment. If sub-providers are engaged for the entire of parts of the delivery, corresponding list of reference for the relevant sub-provider must be presented.

If required, the Awarding Authority will contact the tenderer and his sub-provider’s stated references.
The tenderer shall describe own organisation and available resources. The tenderer shall also describe available consultants who shall carry out the requested service, whether or not they belong directly to the company. CVs shall not be included in the application for qualification, as the appraisal of the proposed consultants and key personnel’s competence and experience will be the basis for assessment in the following tender competition.
