The objective of the organizational development process is to find the optimum organisation in relation to the Awarding Authority’s tasks and strategic guidelines.
The process shall be inclusive and ensure extensive participation from the entire organisation. The Awarding Authority envisions a process which will be based on the existing tasks and organisation, and incorporates future challenges.
The service will mainly be carried out in Ringerike and contact with the county mapping offices shall be through telephone, e-mails and video conferences.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Awarding Authority has option to expand the contract with the following supplementary services:
— Assistance in connection with management development,
— Assistance in connection with improving the internal cooperation in the Land Registry,
— Assistance in connection with improving interaction with other units in the Norwegian Mapping Authority’s organisation,
— Assistance in connection with carrying out/implementation of suggested organisation changes.
Potential expansion of the contract must be released within 18 months subsequent to contract signing.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
Foreign companies shall substantiate that the company is registered in the trade index or the register of business enterprises as required in the legislation where the service provider is established.
Foreign service providers shall present tax certificates from equivalent authorities as the Norwegian.

Credit appraisal/rating, from a publicly approved credit rating agency.
The appraisal/rating shall not older than 6 months.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The service provider shall have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— The service provider shall have very good experience from corresponding assignments,
— The service provider shall have good implementation ability and capacity,
— A good and efficient quality assurance system for the requested service, is required.
