Consultancy services in connection with transfer of salary and accounting assignments to DFØ

It has been decided to transfer accounting and wage payment in the Norwegian Correctional Services to the Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ). The contract is in effect from 1.1.2014. The Awarding Authority therefore requests consultancy services for management of an implementation project which shall facilitate the transfer.
The Awarding Authority invites to a tender competition where the objective is to provide consultancy services in connection with implementation of a project for transfer of salary and accounting assignments to the Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ), as well as transition to a new wage payment system. The project is to be executed in 2013.

The scope of the contract is estimated to one year long assignment. This estimate is not binding and conducted in accordance with the Awarding Authority’s best knowledge and is subject to necessary allocations. The cost limit may be higher or lower, dependent on the total requirement during the contract period. The contract is initiated immediately after contract signing. It is a condition that the delivery is conducted in such a way that transfer of wage payment and accounting to the Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ) is effective from 1.1.2014.
