Senter for internasjonalisering av utdanning

The Centre for Internationalisation of Education (SIU) is a government administration organ and is, among other things, Norway's office for international programmes and initiatives within education at all levels, from basic training to university and university college. The centre administers the programmes on behalf of several public awarding authorities, both national and international. The administration of the Nordplus programme is included on behalf of the Nordic Council of Ministers (NMR).
SIU uses a separate internet based application and reporting system, Espresso, for the administration of various international education programmes, whilst the Nordplus programme current uses NMR's application and reporting system ARS.
SIU would like tenders for consultancy services for the further development of Espresso, so that parts of the functionality of ARS are incorporated and adapted in Espresso. In addition there will be assignments within operation, maintenance and error correction for all of Espresso. See the tender documents for further details.
