Consultancy services for project support toll projects

Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet

Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet, hereafter called the Award Authority, has begun a project to revise the current specifications for AutoPASS chips. Amongst other things, the project will involve an assessment of the EETS interoperability (European Electronic Toll Service), security solution, technology and user needs. The revised specification will form the basis for a new acquisition of AutoPASS chips. We request tenders for an assignment on project support, in addition to 600 hours technical support in connection with the preparation of new specifications and 300 hours of technical assistance in connection with the testing of new chips.
The contract will have a duration from contract signature up to 1.11.2013.
There is an option under the agreement for further support to the project for 1 year and an option for special expertise in the development of specifications and testing of new chips.
