The Norwegian Armed Forces, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requires consultancy services in connection with management of systems for support of material processes. This contract includes the system “EDP/K with integrations”.
To a large degree the system is currently managed and maintained by consultants from an external service provider and the agreement with this provider expires 31.12.2012. Possibly at an earlier date, if the specified number of hours included in the contract is delivered earlier. The Awarding Authority continues to require technical application management of the system EDP/K with integrations.
The Awarding Authority requests that the requirement is met by a consultancy team comprising 2-4 key persons. The requirement is estimated to maximum 6 000 hours during the contract period (approx. 2 years and 2 months). Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 2 years (up to 6 00 hours).
