Oslo municipality, represented by the Office of the Governing Mayor (BLK), invites to an open tender contest in connection with procurement of consultancy services for establishing and implementing content strategy for web in Oslo municipality.
Currently, Oslo municipality has one of the most extensive net sites in the Nordic countries with approx. 200 independent net sites under the umbrella domain www.oslo.kommune.no. BLK has group assignments in Oslo municipality and administers the municipality’s net site. At present, Oslo municipality has decentralised publication with joint framework and publication system where BLK is the owner of the system.
A requirement for establishment of strategy document and content administration on web has been identified. The strategy shall also be implemented in the organisation in such a way that participation in the decision and anchoring processes and delivery steering documents and support documents are also included in the contract.
