Hadsel kommune

Hadsel municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has decided to invite to a tender contest for Stokmarknes nursery school. By this, the Awarding Authority wishes to reduce the size of the municipal organisation as well as reduce the municipal costs without deteriorating the service to the users.
Stokmarknes nursery school is a 3 department nursery school with 43 places. It is located near the centre of Stokmarknes. It was opened in 1974 with 3 departments.
In 1985 the nearby doctor residence was included in the nursery school’s buildings. The existing Stokmarknes nursery school has obvious maintenance defects.
In October 2010 the Awarding Authority had a report from consulting engineers prepared. The report concludes that it is financial advantageous to condemn the existing nursery school in comparison to construction of a new building.
The Awarding Authority expects that the tenderer offer renovated/new built premises for the nursery school service. It is a condition that the nursery school is located in Stokmarknes.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);

Certificate of good conduct for the owner/administrator. The certificate must not be older than 6 months.
