Competition for a contract for emptying sludge interceptors

Stavanger kommune

Award authority requests, through this competition, to enter into a contract for the disposal of private sludge interceptors in the municipality in accordance with the municipal obligations in the Pollution Control Act § § 26, 30 and 34 concerning the collection of household waste, and associated regulations.
Stavanger's local regulations for water and wastewater also contains provisions relating to the municipality’s and property owners' obligations in this regard.
The agreement has an estimated annual value of approx. 1 200 000 NOK excluding VAT. This gives a total contract value for the complete contract period (including options) of 6 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. Approximate contract value is an estimate only, and is not binding for award authority.
The volume may be reduced as a result of any sludge interceptors connected to the municipal network of drains to the central wastewater treatment plant in Mekjarvik may be required disengaged during the period. In such a case the shutdown will be permanent.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

As documentation, award authority will obtain credit evaluation of suppliers from Experian (Award authority subscribes to services from Experian).

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
Supplier shall have an environment management system in order to ensure fulfilment of the environment requirements in the tender documents and in the contract terms. This shall be documented through a short account, maximum one page, which states supplier's expressed environment targets and measures. Or a copy of certification shall be enclosed, such as, for example, ISO or EMAS, Environment Lighthouse or other documentation.
