Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Solidity.
The tenderer shall have good financial solidity. The solidity is evaluated against the risk of the assignment. The solidity shall be substantiated by presenting a credit appraisal. The credit appraisal shall not be older than 6 months.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Quality assurance systems.
The tenderer must substantiate good quality assurance routines.
The Awarding Authority requires a tenderer who manage any deviations and complaints in a good manner, and learn from mistakes. The Awarding Authority also requires a tenderer who works methodically and is conscious in terms of quality assurance.
The tenderer must describe the quality assurance routines, i.e. minimum routines in relation to following deviations, management of complaints and general follow-up of quality.
Certifications, if any, shall be substantiated by presenting a copy of the certificate.
The tenderer shall have an adequate reception network or reception system.
The tenderer must describe the reception network or reception system. The reception network shall be able to receive and quality assures service orders within regular office hours. The Awarding Authority requires an experienced tenderer who possesses extensive and relevant competence in general, and top competence in following up absence due to sickness in particular. The tenderer shall also point out dedicated key personnel and contact person in relation to the assignment.

The tenderer shall possess the following competence:
Certified general practitioner, nurse, physiotherapist and psychologist. The tenderer’s contact person does not necessarily need to be occupational medicine physician. The tenderer shall also offer competence in ergonomics and occupational health.
Presentation of the key personnel:
The tenderer must describe key personnel and contact person proposed to the assignment. CVs for this personnel shall be presented.
High competence in following up absence due to sickness.
The Awarding Authority requests a strong focus on absence due to sickness, both in relation to prevention, facilitation as well as follow-up. The tenderer must substantiate high competence for the area, e.g. as successful projects, models or results.

Preferably of corresponding extent, substantiated by references. List of references with names, organisation associations, titles, telephone nos., and descriptions of the executed assignments. The tenderer may involve one or both awarding authorities as reference(s) if found suitable.
