Collection, transportation and treatment of sludge. There are approx. 2 400 smaller sewerage systems in the municipality. The contract may include one or several of the following 3 lots:
Lot 1: Emptying of sewerage system, interceptors for sludge, etc. as well as transport to treatment plant.
Lot 2: Transport of containers containing sludge from treatment plant to finishing treatment plant.
Lot 3: Treatment and final disposal of sludge.
Tenders may e.g. include lot 3, only or lot 1 and lot 2, only, and so forth.

Option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation of the contract.
Option for use of sludge collection vehicle with equipment for suction and flushing as well as sludge from Setskog Treatment Plant to Bjørkelangen Treatment Plant. See the tender documents.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

An organisation of sufficient extent and with experience from corresponding assignments is required. The tenderer shall present: A statement of the tenderer’s average workforce and number of employees in the administration during the previous 3 years.

The following shall be presented: Description of the organisation of the assignment and organisation plan with job descriptions where responsibility, authority and working relationships are emphasised. Description of any sub-provider(s), with name(s), address(es), Business Register Number(s), competence, experience, etc.

The tenderer shall state which sub-provider(s) are expected to be engaged in the assignment and which part of the assignment shall be carried out by each sub-provider. Name and Business Register Number of the sub-provider shall be stated, including the sub-providers position in the organisation plan. The tender shall include a statement where the sub-provider is obliged to provide necessary capacity, compare the tender documents.

For Lot 3 the following applies: Authorised concession from public authority where this is required.
— Attestation, certificates or other documentation which confirm that the company has necessary statutory concessions for management of sludge, e.g. discharge permits from pollution-control authority.
The following shall be presented: Description of how the requirements shall comply with Regulations concerning trade in fertilizers and soil-improvements etc. of organic origin. Description of environmental conditions including local environment at the treatment plant, such as emission of environmental poisons to air and water, as well as odour condition and treatment of odour, etc.
