Award authority retains the unilateral right to extend the contract for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time, up until 31.12.2016.
If other types of windows/insulation windows are classified as hazardous waste during the contract period, award authority retains an option to submit such waste.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

1. Supplier's annual accounts, including auditor's notes, for the last three years - in total, and for the services covered by this contract, potentially supplemented by a bank report/guarantee institution.
1. Credit evaluation/rating, no older than 6 months, based on last known accounting figures
The rating shall be carried out by a publically verified credit evaluation company.
1. Supplier shall have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract

— The tenderer can present ISO 9001:2000 certificates, if available.
1. Supplier shall have experience from similar assignments, carried out in the last three years,
2. Supplier shall have a quality system.
