Grenland Havn IKS' cooperating port installations in the region and Grenland Havn IKS' ship agents (ships with a need for disposing large amounts of waste) shall have an option on the contract. The contract period shall be 2 years from 1.2.2013, with the right for the awarding authority to extend the contract for 1+1 year. The option shall be taken up at the latest 3 months before the contract expires.

In addition the competition has an option for security shredding, as well as the procurement of environment stations and other material.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Good solidity: No documentation requirements. The awarding authority will check service providers via Experian. Service providers must as a minimum be credit worthy when the tender is submitted.

Ability to fulfil the contract: Overview of personnel and resources, including the responsible contact person in the contract period. Overview of the service provider's most important customers within the services that the service provider is engaged in.

Internal control and quality assurance systemm: Necessary licences for hazardous waste. Account of the company's internal control and quality assurance (QM), any certificate from a certification organ ISO 9001 or equivalent.
Delivery times and understanding of the assignment: Filled in self-declaration form, annex 6. Service providers shall act in accordance with the requirements for refuse collectors, as they are described in the waste plan.
