Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Awarding Authority reserves the unilateral right to prolong the agreement with further 2 years, 1 year at a time, i.e. up until 31.12.2016.
If other types of windows/double glazes windows are classified as hazardous waste during the contract period, the Awarding Authority retains an option to deliver such waste.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
1. The tenderer’s annual accounts, including auditor's notes, for the last 3 years - in total, and for the services covered by this contract, potentially supplemented by a bank report/guarantee institution.
2. Credit appraisal/rating, no older than 6 months, based on last known accounting figures.
The rating shall be carried out by a publically verified credit rating company.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
1. List of reference of the company’s principal deliveries for the previous 3 years, including values, dates and recipients.
2. Documentation shall be presented in one of the following ways:
— description of the company’s routines in relation to quality control with emphasis on quality assurance, recourse management, the management’s liability, production process and continuous analyses and improvements,
— the tenderer can present ISO 9001:2000 certificates, if available.
3. Approved concession/permission for processing windows containing Chlorinated Paraffin (hazardous waste)

1. The tenderer shall have experience from similar assignments, carried out in the last 3 years.
2. The tenderer shall have a quality assurance system.
3. Permission to handle hazardous waste.
