Each tenderer will be assessed by the awarding authority by a credit rating. The minimum requirement will normally be A.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Tenderers must be able to refer to cleaning assignments at public or private awarding authorities with considerable cleaning areas divided over several buildings.
Documentation.
The largest assignments in the last three (3) years, including:
— awarding authority,
— value and,
— date of the contract.
— Tenderers must have the ability and capacity to fulfil the contract.
The service provider's average work strength during the last 3 years.
The tools, machines, cleaning methods, materials and technical cleaning equipent that the service provider can use for fulfilment of the contract/assignment.
— If sub suppliers are used the tenderer shall have secured the right to use the necessary resources.
Docuemntation.
The service provider shall give an account of the sub suppliers that shall work on the assignment and which services they will carry out.
Any cooperation contract.
Tenderers must have a system for environment management.
Account of the environment management system including documentation and follow up of chemcial consumption, training of the personnel in waste handling, cleaning methods and use of cleaning agents and equipment.
Any third party accreditation system.
— Tenderers must have a well functioning quality assurance system.

The notification will include a reason for choosing the winning service provider for each award criteria and they will state a deadline for tenderers to appeal the decision.
