Cleaning services in Vestnes municipality

Vestnes Kommune

Vestnes municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a 1 year framework agreement (option for 2x1 years prolongation) for daily and periodic cleaning services in a number of the Awarding Authority’s buildings/premises:
Vestnes Town Hall, Vestnes health centre/ maternal and child health centre, the Activity centre, common areas in Senior Plaza, Helland school, the Vestnes hall, Helland nursery school (upper and lower) and Tresfjord nursery school. The contract also includes window cleaning in the above mentioned buildings/premises. Total floor area of approx. 18 850 and total window area of approx. 3 000 m2.
The objective of the cleaning contract is to maintain high quality of the cleaning, keep the areas visual attractive, satisfactory hygiene as well as ensure a good indoor environment.

The tenderer must substantiate that all public statutory requirements as provider of cleaning services are met.
It is emphasised the contract shall comply with regulations relating to general application of wage agreements for cleaning companies. The Awarding Authority may require documentation of this.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
