The contract period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation. Total contract period will then be 4 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Requirement regarding the technical and professional qualifications (see the tender documents).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures;
(2) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years;
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
The tenderer shall have financial ability to implement the contract.
As documentation the Awarding Authority will obtain credit appraisal from Experian (the Awarding Authority’s subscribes services from Experian). The tenderer must as a minimum achieve credit rating worthy of credit.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Experience from minimum 2 corresponding assignments regarding cleaning of schools. Documentation showing very good implementation ability is required.
A list of the principal deliveries or provided services for the previous 3 years shall be presented. The list shall contain:
— Brief description of the assignments,
— Size or values of the deliveries,
— Dates (contract period),
— Names of the customers and a brief description of these,
— Telephone nos., e-mail addresses and names of the customers’ contacts.
The tenderer shall have necessary capacity and competence for meeting the requirements in relation to implementation of the assignment. An overview of manpower proposed for this assignment with CVs for key personnel which shall carry out the assignment.

Competence which ensures low environmental impact in relation to implementation of the service is required. The tenderer shall have:
O Plan for training of the personnel in HSE, including waste management, cleaning methods, use of detergents and equipment.
O Written work instructions.
Statement of the existing routines which verify that the requirements are met. If the routines are described in the company’s quality or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or other third party verified system, presentation of valid certificate will be sufficient. Licence from the Nordic Ecolabel for cleaning services or other equivalent systems will also be accepted.
