Cleaning at Statsbygg’s head office

Statsbygg, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for cleaning of the Awarding Authority’s head office in Biskop Gunnerusgate 6, Oslo. The Awarding Authority rents the four top floors in Byporten. The area subject to cleaning is described in the cleaning plan, compare annex 1 to the Cleaning book (cleaning plan). The area is 8 514 m2. The contract will be valid from 1.10.2012. The contract period is 4 years. The premises subject to cleaning are used as offices. The Awarding Authority has approx. 450 employees at Biskop Gunnerus gate 6. The contract includes regular cleaning, spring cleaning, window cleaning, mat/rug cleaning/service and extraordinary cleaning.

Qualification requirement:

It is required that the tenderer has a legally established company.

Tax certificates.

2 copies of tax and social security contributions certificates shall be presented:

— Certificate issued by chief municipal treasurer where the tenderer’s head office is located (taxes, advance tax deduction, garnishment, payroll tax),

— Certificate from tax collector in the relevant county (VAT).

The certificates shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall present corresponding certificates. Compare the Public Procurement Regulations’ §20-12 (3).

HSE self-declaration.

All tenderers shall present a HSE self-declaration within the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form attached the tender documents.

Approved annual accounts for the previous 3 years. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain credit appraisals of the tenderer.

Good solidity and financial implementation capacity are required. Turnover in connection with cleaning services for more than 12 000 000 NOK per annum.

1. Documentation of quality assurance routines in compliance with NS-INSTA 800:2010.

2. The company’s reference projects for the previous 3 years with name of awarding authority and contact person with telephone no. The Awarding Authority may contact the given reference.

3. Certification from Eco-Lighthouse or ISO 14001 or other equivalent documentation which shows that the qualification requirement is fulfilled
