Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Financial ability to fulfil the contract. Tenderers are required to have the final ability to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: The tenderer’s complete annual accounts for the last two accounting years (i.e. income statement, balance sheet, the board’s annual report and the auditor’s report). If a service provider has valid reasons as to why this documentation cannot be enclosed, the service provider can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that GKI can accept.

Tax certificate. A tax certificate is required for tax and payroll tax. Documentation requirement: Tax certificate RF – 1244 issued by the chief municipal treasurer. The certification shall not be older than 6 months. Foreign tenderers shall enclose certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
HSE self-declaration. A HSE declaration is required for this assignment. Documentation requirement: For work that shall be carried out in Norway, service providers shall enclose a self-declaration in accordance with the annex or equivalent that states that the service provider fulfils legal requirements in Norway within health, environment and safety.

Capacity. Tenderers shall state their average work strength for carrying out the amount in the contract, as well as state the number of employees in the administrative management and an overview of the number of employees who will be involved in the execution of this contract.

Competence. Tenderers shall have sufficient competence to fulfil the contract and fulfil the competence requirements. Documentation: Valid certification for the inspection and repair of electro medical equipment (cf. point 1 in the Basic Information) for employees who will be involved in the execution of this contract.

Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important deliveries/contracts of equivalent character for the last three years, including the contract’s value and date, public or private recipient.
