Introduction - orientation on the project.
The following decision was made in the municipal council 21.6.2012 after a discussion on the car park strategy:
Hammerfest municipal council has approved the parking strategy for the centre of Hammerfest with the following addition:
200 new car parks will be established in Kirkeparken or the car park area below Batteriet. The alternatives will be further reviewed before a decision is made regarding these 2 alternatives. It is a prerequisite that the approx. 100 car parks below Battereit shall remain independent of which alternative is used. This means there will be a total of 300 car parks permanently in this area.
The municipality would therefore like to hold a competition for two alterative solutions for a car park:
Alternative 1. Car park on a municipal site (the car park are below Batteriet).
Alternative 2. Car park on a provisional private site (Kirkeparken).

(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts);
(7) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
