Os municipality shall establish a new main sewage treatment plant. We would, therefore, like to join up with a builder consultant who can assist the awarding authority and its internal project manager. The contract include assistance in the early planning phase, competition/contracting and follow up of the engineering design services, as well as competition/contracting and follow up of contractors and equipment suppliers.
