The primary purpose of the procurement is to establish a further workshop and depot space for light rail vehicles at established workshop/depot in Kronstadt.
Construction of buildings, including foundations, curtain walls, floor and bottom lines are included in the construction contract. The building is connected to the existing workshop.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Supplier's anual accounts, including notes with director's and auditor's reports for the last two (2) years, must be attached. If accounts for the last year are not completed within the deadline for qualification, interim financial statements for the current year must be attached.

Requirement: relevant experience from equivalent project.
Documentary requirement:
Description of the company's 3 most important relevant supplies in the last 5 years. Award authority shall have the possibility to be able to contact reference personnel.
Requirement: good ability to undertake the assignment.
A brief and general description of the business must be provided. Including:
— An overview of the company's history, organisation and description of current activities, including an account of the company's business idea and core competencies related to the delivery. If sub-contractors are used for significant parts of the assignment, this must be clearly stated. Brief description of the supplier's overall quality assurance system, and description of equipment, plant or technical equipment available to supplier for the execution of this contract must be submitted.

Documentation requirements:
— A statement of supplier’s HES policy and internal control procedures that describe how to ensure that the relevant provisions of the Builder Regulations are complied with on behalf of award authority,
— Statistical description of the supplier's accident/ injury situation in the last 3 years.
Requirements: environmental conditions. The work should be undertaken with minimal impact on the environment, including noise, waste, emissions, energy consumption and recycling.
Supplier must explain the company's practices / procedures for compliance with the above environmental requirements.
