Arts centre and swimming pool - Air treatment plant including automation
The project’s nature and extent.
Alstahaug municipality shall construct an environment and energy friendly swimming pool in connection with a new arts centre.
The HVAC installations that are included in the project are:
Cooling plant.
In all the rehearsal rooms (5), editing room for the large hall, machine room for the cinema, stage in the large hall, dimming room on the 3rd floor and in the drama hall, it is assumed that local cooling units are incuded.
Air treatment plant.
The ventilation aggregates are to be located in the technical room in the basement and on the 3rd floor. Supply air will mainly occur via ceiling assembled supply air valves (mixing ventilation). It is assumed that displacement ventilation will be used in the large hall and the cinema.

Automation installations.
Complete new automation installations and a control plant shall be installed for the HVAC installations. The control plan shall be internet based and it shall be able to be controlled from Alstahaug municipality’s operational centre. It is assumed that there will be zone control of room temperature (radiators and floor heating) and ventilation as needed in the larger rooms.
