IKA Kongsberg

IKA Kongsberg would like to rent a complete new building for their activities. Kongsberg municipality has provided a central plot that is to be used for the project.
Cooperation is wanted for this project with a property company that would like to:
1. Purchase the municipality's plot;
2. Be responsible for engineering and constructing a site on the plot in accordance with IKA's specifications;
3. Rent the site to IKA Kongsberg for a period of 20/30 years with the right for an extension;
4. Take on the total maintenance and any expansion of the site in the contract period.
The project consists of a complete site consisting of both building with fittings and outdoor installations including connection to municipal installations.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1. Provision of the company’s annual accounts for the last 2 years with notes and the accompanying board’s and auditor’s report;

2. The result and balance per 31.12.2011, possibly supplemented with recent information if it is important in order to get a correct picture of the company’s economic and financial position;

3. Copy of a credit rating carried out by a certified credit rating company. This must show a minimum of Good Credit Worthiness and it must be based on the annual accounts for 2011. The credit rating shall be for the company that gives a tender (parent companies are only accepted with a binding guarantee).

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;

(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;

(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;

(4) Other documentation required (please state below).

Reference list of any/relevant contracts in the last 5 years.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

A good ability to fulfil the contract and experience from equivalent contracts are required.
