Architect and technical consultancy services for the planning and engineering design services for a local medical centre in Region West. The centre will be a building of approx. 6 900 m² gross + approx. 80 car parking places. The centre shall include an area for municipal, intermunicipal and specialist health services in the form of intermediary services such as continued treatment after hospital discharge, emergency doctor surgery with ambulance, emergency help 24 hour care, day and 24 hour rehabilitation, nursing home places, dialysis, doctor surgery, picture diagnostics, hearing centre and healthy life and mastering centre.

Credit rating, not older than 4 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders, with key figures from a certified credit rating company or other documentation.

Service providers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)

(3) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)

(4) Other documentation required (please state below)

— List of the service provider's contracts in the last 5 years. The list include have a short description of the performed services, a statement of the assignment's value, as well as the date and place of execution,

— A short and general description of the company shall be included, including:

— A description of how the company is organised for this contract,

— Overview of the service provider's total manpower,

— Central certification in accordance with the national building codes, or documentation stating the ability to achieve central certification.

If sub suppliers are used, the following documentation shall be enclosed:

— Name, address and organisation number of sub suppliers,

— Description of which parts of the assignment shall be carried out by sub suppliers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Service providers must be able to refer to at least 3 contracts in the last 5 years from assignments of an equivalent nature, size/extent and degree of difficultly. Service provider here means the company that submits a tender. I.e. experience that can be ascribed to some of the employees, but which was not carried out by the company, will not be assessed,

— Service providers shall have a good ability to fulfil the contract and sufficient organisation and manpower to fulfil this contract,

— Service providers and any sub suppliers shall be qualified for engineering design services and for the inspection of engineering design services for assignments in development class 3 and in accordance with the national building codes,

— If a service provider will use sub suppliers to fulfil one or several of the qualification requirements, sufficient documentation shall be given for the sub suppliers to prove that the requirement is fulfilled. This requirement comes in addition to the requirements on the presentation of documentation under point III.2.1.
