The University of Bergen is ever changing, and there is often a need for the adaptation and alteration of buildings and premises in order to make the physical conditions as good as possible for the different units. The changes will often take the character of being accelerated procedures.
The service provider shall take on engineering design management for assignments connected to alterations, re-fittings, renovation, upgrades and maintenance.
The properties that the contract applies for are mainly used for offices, laboratories, teaching, library and museum purposes. Several of the buildings are worthy of protection, of which approx. 30 buildings shall be treated as listed.
The aim of the procurement is to join up with competence in construction management.
UiB would like permanent cooperation partners who at short notice can assist with project management for small and medium sized projects.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
A framework agreement shall be signed with three service providers. The framework agreement's length will be 2 years. The awarding authority shall have an option for an extension to the framework agreement for a further 2 years/ 1+1 year, a total of a maximum of 4 years.

Objektive utvelgelseskriterier:
OThe awarding authority will limit the number of service providers that are invited to give a tender. As long as there are a sufficient number of qualified service providers that fulfifl the qualification requirements, the number of participants that will be invited to give a tender will be limited to a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7. The selection will be based on which service providers are deemed to be the best qualified in accordance with the listed qualification requirements.

See the tender documents point 1.2.3 where it states that a framework agreement shall be signed with three service providers. When a contract is signed with 3 service providers, call-offs under the framework agreement will be divided between the service providers according to the order of priority. Call-offs will be made to the service provider with priority 1. If the service provider with priority 1 does not have the capacity a call-off will be made to the service provider with priority 2. If neither of these service providers have the capacity a call-off will be made to service provider with priority 3. We have decided to award contracts to the following service providers: 1. ABO plan og arkitektur As. 2. Høyer Finseth AS. 3. Rambøll. The three tenderers mentioned above have, according to our evaluation given the economically most advantageous tender. (NT Ref:284268)
