ANSK-0933-12 Framework agreement, consultancy service for the field construction engineering

The objective of the procurement is to engage competence in consultancy and engineering design for the field Construction engineering in such a way that the Property department in an efficient and rational way is able to be in charge of administration, management, maintenance and development of the buildings so that these are at all time adapted the University of Bergen’s primary activities; research and education.
The University of Bergen is in constant change and will therefore require adaptation and reconstruction of buildings and premises in order to arrange the physical conditions in the best possible manner for the various entities. The changes will often be defined as urgent.
The service provider shall undertake consultancy and engineering design for the field construction engineering for assignments in connection with reconstructions, refurbishing, restorations, upgrading and maintenance.
Properties included in the agreement are mainly used as offices, laboratories, education rooms, libraries and museums. Several of the buildings are protected, of whom approx. 30 buildings shall be handled as listed.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Awarding Authority will enter into framework agreement with 3 providers. The framework agreement period is 2 years. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the framework agreement with 2 years/1+1. Maximum agreement period including option is 4 years. When the Awarding Authority enters into agreement with 3 providers, call-off orders placed against the framework agreement will be divided with approx. 60 % of the scope to the provider evaluated to have the best tender, 30 % to no. 2 and 10 % to no. 3.

We refer to the tender documents section1.2.3 which states that the assignment will be entered into a framework agreement with three suppliers. When entering into contracts with these 3 suppliers, the call-off under the framework agreement is distributed by an estimated 60 % of the volume to the supplier that is evaluated with having the best bid and it is estimated that 30 % to supplier number 2 and 10 % to supplier number 3. We have decided to award contracts to the following suppliers: 1.Rambøll - 60 % 2.Asplan Viak - 30 % 3.Høyer Finseth - 10 % The three suppliers stated above, in our evaluation provided the most economically advantageous tender.
