The University of Bergen (UiB), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for purchase of cleaning services at the Awarding Authority’s premises. The agreement shall include regular cleaning where i.a. establishment and maintenance of floors, as well as cleaning of walls and ceilings, are included.
The Awarding Authority shall also enter into agreement for periodical cleaning. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with 3 providers with NS INSTA 800 as quality standard. The Awarding Authority’s premises are spread over a large geographical area and comprises of 80 buildings (approx. 250 000 m²), divided in 4 operating areas.
The majority of the buildings are localised at Nygårdshøyden and at Årstadvollen/Haukland, respectively. Moreover, the Awarding Authority has other buildings and facilities outside the nearby urban area.
