Norsk Tipping requests tenders for outbound distribution services for the distribution of physical material to the company's approximately 4000 commissioners.
The company aims to streamline its distribution through better co-ordination and Co-packaging of mail so that there are fewer packages and shipments.
There is a need for distribution services within the following areas:
1. Smaller packages with strict requirements to lead times ("odds programme")
2. Printed matter, Scratch cards(flax), and other ributions in card, package or pallet
3. Letters, inland and abroad
4. Overseas postage with customs payments

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Option of packing and storage.

If supplier submits a tender for this opional part, they must submit tender for optional part 2.

As an option, Norsk Tipping requests that supplier can receive materials directly from manufacturers (printers), for packing and preparation for distribution to commissioners. The assignment will then also comprise packaging of the individual elements included in the packages mentioned in the qualification documents' section 2.1.2.

In addition, award authority also requests tenders for the handling of commission orders.

Orders from the commissioners comprises everything from supplies, games, coupons, games cards, games, receipt rolls, etc.

The commissioners send orders electronically through gaming terminals in stores.

This requires capacity in the form of storage and staffing for packing materials prepared for the segmented distribution to commissioners within a given time every week. This option can not be implemented earlier than mid-2013.

The original agreement ao has an option of a 1 (one) + 1 (one) year prolongation. The total possible contract period is 4 (four) years.

— Profit and loss accounts and the balance with notes, as well as the annual report for the last 2 years. In addition a cash flow analysis is required for companies that are obliged to provide this,

— The last available quarterly accounts for this year if it is more than 6 months since the last annual accounts,

— Credit rating, not older than the date of this notice,

— Any other information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. Confirmation that tenderer offers solutions for distribution all over Norway, incl. Svalbard

2. References from relevant assignments in the last 3 years, incl. the assignments' value, date and recipient, incl. contact information.

To be documented in the reference matrix, attachment y.

These references may be contacted to verify the submitted information, during the tender period.

3. Account of the supplier's capacity in the form of workforce, production equipment and facilities for the requested tender areas.

Confirmation that the supplier can provide a consultant and contact person that will ensure strategic development of the Norsk Tipping's logistics and distribution.

4. Account of the supplier's quality assurance system, or a copy of an ISO certificate or equivalent.

5. Short description of how environmental measures are taken into account in the value chain for

— Vehicles,

— Waste management,

— Other.

Any environmental certification shall be attached.

6. Description / documentation of capacity to perform the optional assignment, described in the qualification documents section 2.1
