Adaptation of the application and case management system for the Arts Council Norway

Norsk kulturråd

The Arts Council Norway, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall digitize the application and case management process by introducing an electronic application and case management system. At present the Awarding Authority receives approx. 16 000 applications which mainly are generated as paper copies. In connection with introducing the electronic system, the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement involving purchase of consultancy services related to adaptation/development of the selected application and case management system. The Awarding Authority also requests adjoining services such as consultancy services, implementation services and administration services.

1. Services in relation to development of integration of archive system and any other adjoining systems.

This will mainly apply if the P360 system is chosen as the Awarding Authority’s archive system (option).

2. General consultancy services (option).

3. Purchase of services in relation to future special adaptation/development of system (option).

4. Purchase of administration/maintenance services and user support (option).
