Høgskolen i Telemark

Høgskolen i Telemark (Telemark University College), c/o Senter for Omsorgforskning (Centre for Care work) has been appointed by Helsedirektoratet (The Norwegian Directorate of Health) to develop and carry out a training programme for active care for the health and care services in Norway.
The assignment includes recruiting and training of course supervisors and lecturers, development of training programme, content courses/modules, development of teaching materials and the organisation and implementation of training. Responsibility for marketing and distribution in all Norwegian counties is also included in the contract.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with a sub-supplier that can advise Telemark University College regarding the assignment and also execute parts of the work. The part of the assignment award authority want assistance with is particularly linked to course supervisors who can conduct training and maintain marketing and distributions.

The working language is Norwegian, and requires in-depth knowledge of the Norwegian language and society. The assignment also requires experience in and knowledge of how to conduct courses. Service providers must be able to demonstrate that they have completed contracts of similar nature and scope, and that they have the necessary capacity and ability to work independently. Submit reference(s). The assignment implies that the course supervisors shall be part of a national network, and have local knowledge of the various counties. It requires an understanding of the tasks that the health care sector in the municipalities, and health care workers working.
