The contract is a part of Oslo municipality’s campaign against graffiti. During the contract period, counting/registration of tagging, posters and stick-on labels along designated routes in all districts of Oslo shall be executed.
Along given routes within each district the service provider shall register graffiti, divided in sizes and number of surfaces. The number of surfaces with graffiti shall be schematic counted and registered and presented as statistics in order to substantiate reduction or increase in number of registered taggers within each districts.
Counting and registration of illegal posters and stick-on labels shall also be included in the contract.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract period for “Counting of graffiti 2012-2014” is from 20.9.2012 until 19.9.2014. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s) on identical conditions.
— Option 1: 20.9.2014 until 19.9.2015,
— Option 2: 20.9.2015 until 19.9.2016.
Option will be released 3 months prior to contract conclusion, at the latest.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established

The supplier shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
The supplier shall present a HSE self-declaration certificate.
The supplier shall be a legally established company.

Overview of personnel intended for implementation of the assignment, including organization plan.
Statement of the tenderer’s principal, corresponding assignment for the previous 3 years, including the values, durations and recipients.

Experience from corresponding assignments is required.
