A lighting plan has been worked out for the centre of Oslo, hereafter called the Lighting Plan. The Lighting Plan was approved in Oslo city council 13.4.2011. The awarding authority has a need for competence for implementing this plan. Tenderers shall contribute with competence and project participation for work assignments/processes within the Lighting Plan's scope. A site survey will be held: Monday 15.10.2012 (13:00). Place: The awarding authority's premises in Strømsveien 102 (Helsfyr, Oslo, Norway). The working language, both written and spoken, shall be Norwegian, Danish or Swedish.
