Holmenkollen national arena is owned by Oslo municipality and managed by the awarding authority. The Skiing Association takes care of the daily operation in cooperation with the municipality, and arranges tourist activities and events in the arena.
The awarding authority is responsible for running the ski jumps and the chair lifts connected to them. We have therefore a need to join up with a service provider of operational services. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has basic knowledge of running ski jumps and chair lifts. Necessary training in the relevant machines and equipment will be given by the department’s personnel. The awarding authority is to provide certified operational managers for the chair lifts, as well as a work manager for running the ski jump.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The service shall be carried out in the period 1.10.2012 to 30.9.2013. The contract has an option for the awarding authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year on unchanged terms.

— The company's last 3 annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.

The awarding authority reserves the right to contact the stated contact person for reference information.
— Information on the education and professional qualifications at the service provider, in particular the person(s) who will be responsible for carrying out the service. (CVs will not be assessed under this requirement),
— An account of the service provider's work strength. An organisation chart shall be enclosed. It shall be clear how much of the contract the service provider intends to leave to sub suppliers.
