Kort beskrivelse:
The contract involves construction of tunnel to Åsland shooting range.
The Awarding Authority shall construct a shooting range tunnel and a rifleman’s house at Åsland. These 2 elements shall be integrated by a culvert. Moreover, areas outside the plant shall be developed. Shooting ranges with a length of 50 m, 100 m, and 200 m are planned.

The length of the tunnel is planned to be 220 metres, the width 15 metres and 100 metres with a height of 15 metres and 120 metres with a height of 10 metres. The rifleman’s house with joint functions is planned be in 3 levels, together with stands on the 4th level. This amounts to a user area of 1 295 m

The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a contract with a contractor which shall construct the shooting range tunnel. The rifleman’s house will be subject to separate competitive tendering.

Documentation requirement:
— Competence/experience: Documentation of the company’s most relevant reference projects for the previous 5 years, particularly tunnel projects, with emphasis on size, complexity, contract practise, including value, date and recipient,
— Documentation showing the proposed personnel’s relevant qualifications and experience,
— Description of the tenderer’s total manpower and manpower proposed for this assignment,
— Documentation showing that the shifts are manned with minimum a foreman and a HSE responsible,
— Description of machines expected to be used in this project, which i.a. is in compliance with the Safety, health and work environment scheme.

— Statement of the company’s quality assurance system/control system,
— The tenderer shall substantiate necessary central approval/show application of local approval.
