Oslo kommune Bymiljøetaten

The awarding authority currently owns seven measuring stations for local air quality: Alnabru, Bygdøy allé, Åkebergveien, Kirkeveien, Grønland, Skøyen and Sofienbergparken. In addition the municipality owns a meteorological station at Valle Hovin. The assignment involves the operation and data acquisition for the measuring stations and meteorological station. The service shall be carried out in the period from 1.5.2012 to 30.4.2014.

The contract also has an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year on unchanged terms.

There is also an option for PAH measurements.

PAH measurements in Sofienberg park from 1.1.2013 – 31.12.2013 with an option for a 1+1 year extension.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;

(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

— The service provider shall have his tax and VAT payments in order,

— The service provider shall enclose a HSE self-declaration (see the annex),

— The service provider shall be a legally established company.

The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain their own credit rating if necessary.

— Account of the service provider’s quality assurance system. If the service provider is certified, the system certificate can be enclosed,

— List of the most important deliveries or performed services in the last three years, including information on value, date, as well as the name of the recipient of the service,

— Overview of the personnel who will be used for fulfilment of the contract. An organisation chart is to be enclosed.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the service that shall be provided,

— Experience is required from similar contracts,

— The service provider is required to document an ability to fulfil the contract.
