Strømmen upper secondary school comprises of one large building; building A and a smaller building; building B. Total gross area is approx. 7 400 m2. Autumn 2011 the school started to use a new sports hall at the west side of building A. This procurement includes the following, and shall be managed by the overall contractor as one project: 35175 - indoor climate and 35173 - reconstruction of common areas. The tenderer will be registered as user in Byggeweb.no and the person who registered the company is to be considered as tender liable. Byggeweb.no will provide the tender liable a username and password which will provide access to the tender documents. The tender liable will be responsible for submitting the tender within the tender deadline.
