Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreement will have a duration of a little over 2 years, measurred from signature of the agreement. The contract expires on 1.12.2014. Award authority has the unilateral right to extend the contract for a further 1+1 years under the same conditions. Including options, the maximum duration of the contract is up to 1.12.2016.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Supplier shall be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit evaluation/rating, no older than 1 year, and based upon the last known annual accounts.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The supplier shall have good solidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Two reference assignments shall be given from the supply of equivalent types of service.
For each reference assignmen the name of the award authority, dates of the assignment, a short description of the services supplied and a contact person within the Award authority shall be supplied.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— supplier shall have good esperience from equivalent assignments,
— it is required that there is a good, well-functioning quality assurance system for the services to be supplied.
