The aim of the tender contest is the procurement of a general framework and action plan for professional follow-up that will provide a smooth implementation of award authority's projects within set time frames and budgets.
The purpose of a general action plan is to:
— Ensure that any contaminated soil is handled in an environmentally sound manner,
— Determine how masses are to be used/distributed,
— Describe how the project will be documented,
— Be able to use a general action plan in projects where it is not appropriate to conduct ground investigations in advance of construction start.

Award authority retains the right to extend the contract for a further one plus one year, under the same condtions.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

— Supplier shall be a legally established company.

— Credit evaluation/rating, no older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures,

— Award authority reserves the right to obtain their own credit rating if deemed necessary.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— A list of supplier's principal deliveries from equivalent assignments in the past 3 years, including values, dates, recipient/award authority and references,

— Award authority retains the right to contact the references,

— A brief description of the system and a simple description of how the quality assurance is implemented,

— Overview of supplier's personnel available to carry out the assignment.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Supplier shall have experience from equivalent assignments,

— Supplier shall have a good and well functioning quality assurance system for the tendered assignment,

— Supplier shall have the capacity necessary to implement the assignment, including the capacity to carry out several call-offs simultaneously.

Capacity in this connection means that supplier shall be able to have available a minimum of 3 persons with competence and experience in accordance with the award criteria.
