Forsvarsbygg Utvikling Vest

The aim of the competition is to enter into a contract in accordance with NS 8402 with an engineering design group up until the completed solution document. The contract will also include options for further participation in the project. The competition also includes a condition analysis for buildings in accordance wit NSS 3424 including cost calculations. The processes hare to be handled in accordance with Forsvarsbygg’s normal procedure, which is attached to the tender documents.
Forsvarsbygg would like tenders for engineering design services for buildings from engineering design groups where the professions in accordance with the tender document’s part I point 10.1 are covered.
The engineering design group manager (PGL) will coordinate both the architect professions and the technical professions.
Forsvarsbygg reserves the right to carry out third party inspection of the completed consultancy work. See the attached tender documents for further information.

In addition to this procurement the contract will include the following options:

— Option 1: preliminary project up to 5 – the number will depend on the solution alternatives, priorities and approval in FD,

— Option 2: detailed engineering design services and working out the tender documents for contracts.
