2202. Framework and sealed building service building

Prosjekt nytt østfoldsykehus

Contract 2202 framework and sealed building service building will be carried out as an awarding authority managed contract and consists of the framework with cast on site supporting constructions in concrete as well as an insulating climate screen with cover, lined covering and insulation of concrete walls, some doors/temporary doors and windows, glass and system facades, insulation and roofing etc. The contract also consists of the part of the culvert between the treatment building and the service building in U1, the building on top of this part in U2 will be carried out in contract 2111. Furthermore contract 2202 includes sealed building works for outdoor lift/stairway that, among other things, houses a pressure increasing station (building 10).
Sun screening connected to sealed building works is, for all the buildings, also the psychiatry building, included in contract 2301 sealed building treatment building and bed building.
